PAYMENT: Net 30 days from date of shipment for approved accounts. No order will be processed for any account over 45 days. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express accepted.

MINIMUM ORDER: No minimum order required. Stock orders placed by phone, shipped to one destination, under $65.00 before freight, will incur a $5 handling fee.

PRICING: Prices are based on orders being shipped at one time to one destination. Prices are subject to change.You will always be notified of any changes at time of order.

SPECIFICATIONS: Our bags and film meet or exceed the thickness tolerances of Federal Spec. A-A-3174.

FREIGHT: Freight will be prepaid on all stock orders of Smart Tech Bags bags over $750 shipped to one location within the continental United States. We reserve the right to choose the carrier. Orders under $750 will be shipped best way at your expense. Small orders are shipped prepay and bill. Truck orders can be shipped prepaid and add, collect or billed directly to you. When you specify a carrier, we do not prepay and add, but have the trucker bill either you or your customer directly. If you have a better deal with a certain trucker than we do, we encourage you to specify the best routing and billing for you. These freight terms apply only to stock or bulk orders from this website. Freight terms on shipments of non-stock orders must be settled at time of quotation and confirmed upon placement of orders. Inside, lift gate or residential common carrier deliveries may incur additional delivery costs.

PRODUCT RETURNS: Call 1.888.383.2247 for a Return Authorization (RA) number within 30 days to return stock items. Any item returned without an RA number will be refused. We charge a 15% restocking fee for stock items returned for reasons other than quality. Returns are not accepted on non-stock items.

For FOB quotes/orders: Additional charges such as broker fees and applicable taxes are not included but may apply.
